Today I signed up for a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). For $15 a box, we will get fresh, organic produce delivered to our neighborhood.

We pick up our box on Saturday in Culver City.

We should get:

• Swiss Chard
• Red Russian Kale
• Black Kale
• Blue Dwarf Kale
• Collard Greens
• Curly Mustard Greens
• Purple/Red Mustards
• Tatsoi Spinach/Mustards
• China Rose Radishes
• Cilantro
• Daikon Radish
• Broccoli
• Red Onions
• Bloomsdale Spinach
• Kohlrabi
• Bok Choy
• Green Romaine Lettuce
• Detroit Red Beets
• Komatsuna (Japanese Mustard Spinach)
• Cauliflower

I don't know what half of these things are, but part of the fun will be trying new recipes and discovering new foods.
